Refund Policy


Return of Undamaged Delivered Goods

Doggyland.ch grants a right of return for ordered products within 30 days.

Customers must register the return themselves in their customer account under “Returns” on www.doggyland.ch, and send the goods back to the address provided. Products must be returned with all accessories, in their original packaging, and appropriately packed. Damaged products will not be accepted and will be charged in full to the customer.

If a data carrier or a product containing data storage is returned to doggyland.ch, a total loss of data should always be expected. Customers are solely responsible for backing up and protecting their data properly. Doggyland.ch accepts no liability for any potential data loss.

If customers exercise their right of return in accordance with the above conditions, doggyland.ch will refund the full purchase price, excluding any minimum quantity surcharge that may have been applied.

For any return of products that were subject to import customs clearance on behalf of the customer, the customer authorizes and mandates Doggyland to declare the export of the returned products to customs and to request reimbursement of Swiss import duties and taxes in the customer’s name. If the customer was not, or only partially, able to deduct the import tax as a preliminary tax and if the other conditions for reimbursement of import tax due to re-export of the ordered products are met, doggyland.ch will refund the import taxes paid in advance by the customer after receiving the corresponding amount from the Federal Customs Administration. For companies registered with the Swiss or Liechtenstein VAT register, proof of non-deductibility of the import tax must be provided with a corresponding certificate from the Federal Tax Administration.

In this context, the customer guarantees to doggyland.ch that the details and list of returned products are complete and accurate as per the return slip generated during the return process, and that the return actually contains the products listed on the return slip. The customer fully indemnifies doggyland.ch against any third-party claims related to incomplete or incorrect customs declarations submitted by the customer. Doggyland.ch reserves the right to verify the information provided by the customer through random checks.
